: (1) If the physician thinks that there is a risk of disability in a person who has come to him for treatment, he must inform the concerned person and treat him with due attention.
(2) Physicians should give preference to disabled people and treat them in a disability-friendly environment, and if they are unable to provide treatment for any reason, they should recommend places where treatment is available.
